Cheryl Needham, Accompanist

Cheryl Needham, our accompanist since 2010, began piano lessons at age five. At the University of Tennessee, she accompanied the UT Singers, the UT Concert Chorale, and instrumental and vocal recitals. Cheryl was awarded a graduate teaching scholarship and completed her Bachelor and Master degrees in piano in 1978. In 1992, she also obtained a Bachelor degree in Interior Design from Marymount University in Washington, D.C. She has since worked for commercial design firms and local builders, taught piano lessons, and performed in secular and church-related venues. An Outer Banks resident since 2001, she performs for services and concerts for several organizations.
